About the author:
Achim Plum holds a Diploma in Computer Science and Mathematics as second discipline and worked in many industries as a Software Engineer and IT Manager. Furthermore, he worked as a teacher in Informatics and Mathematics.
In the last few years he has been authoring mathematical topics. So far, he published one book, Quintics with Symmetries, and an ebook on solvable quintics (polynomials of degree 5). He also published an ebook called Galois Groups and Field Extensions for Solvable Quintics on a related algebraic topic. In 2024 he also uploaded a manuscript regarding the Riemann Hypothesis in Academia.edu, and currently works on a new approach to better understand prime numbers and the nature of the Riemann Zeta function.
In 2026, he started a new business in Computer Science under the name Plum Digital Processes.
